Donors domiciled in India may be eligible for a 50% rebate under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, on their donations to POP ONE VOICE FOUNDATION. If you provide your full postal address to the treasurer by email, POP ONE VOICE FOUNDATION will provide a receipt for each donation.
You can initiate an online payment to POP ONE VOICE FOUNDATION by providing the required information on the www.popindia.org website. This information includes, but is not limited to:

The amount of the payment
The credit card or bank account details to be debited
POP ONE VOICE FOUNDATION will process a payment transaction only upon receiving an Electronic Instruction authorization from you directing the transfer of funds. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation may be exclusively resolved through arbitration, conducted in Bangalore, India, in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof.
Please note that the courts of Karnataka shall have jurisdiction over all matters related to this agreement. The arbitration award shall be considered final and binding.
